JSC insurance company Aldagi BCI is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Excel Trainer.
Main duties / requirements
- Develop training needs assessment for employees
Build knowledge base; develop Excel knowledge center on the company’s intranet, with FAQs, tips, tricks, how to’s, etc.
Conduct internal trainings, including trainings in subsidiaries
Act as a help desk - respond to employees’ daily questions
Stemming from critical needs, develop special (custom) tools in Excel
Search for helpful 3rd party tools in Excel (e.g. ASAP utilities), and work on implementing them on organization level.
Job's
qualification / skills:
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel 2003 and 2007
Functions
Pivot tables
VBA and Macros
Data analysis tools
Experience in working with databases and complex XLS files
Knowledge of MS Access and other MS applications (Visio, Project, Groove) is a plus.
Additional skills:
Experience in teaching Excel application
Excellent communication skills
Presentational skills - ability to conduct trainings with big audience
Initiator and proactive
Good knowledge of English.
