Rakia Georgia FIZ is announcing an opening for the position of Head of Sales and Marketing.
Main duties / requirements
Head of Sales and Marketing is a senior position in our organization and the job requires candidates to have a good knowledge of all marketing and sales aspects as he/she will oversee the strategy and development of the overall marketing and sales projects. A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics, and requirements, is a must.
Shall be responsible for entire operations of Marketing and Sales department. The position reports to the General Director. All Managers, Sr. Executives, Executives and staff in Marketing and Sales department will report to the incumbent;
Responsible for establishing, implementing and executing strategic direction of markets for investment promotion in Poti Free Industrial Zone;
Coordinate, lead and develop the multiple markets in the region to ensure maximum sales coverage and penetration to increase revenues and maximize profitability and customer retention;
Responsible and accountable for attaining monthly targets with the number of licenses, lease of land/warehouse spaces, etc. - quality and quantity of investment, etc.
Confer with Executive Management to plan Marketing and Sales business objectives, to develop organizational policies in the Marketing and Sales Department, to coordinate functions and operations between departments, and to establish responsibilities and procedures for Marketing Managers, Marketing Executives and Staff for attaining objectives/targets;
Manage the production of marketing materials, including brochures, leaflets, posters and flyers - this can involve writing and proofreading copy and liaising with designers and printers; arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials;
Support the General Director and other colleagues in attaining the monthly/yearly revenue targets;
Evaluate marketing campaigns; monitor competitor activity;
Liaise with Events Coordinator to maximize visibility at conferences, including compiling a list of products and literature to display/demo, producing delegate inserts, etc. When necessary, attend key conferences and exhibitions to manage booth, do customer interviews and focus groups;
Perform other job related duties as required by the company.
Job's
qualification / skills:
Ten to fifteen years of experience in the corporate sales and marketing field with reputed organizations related company sector. Individual must be smart, presentable and well mannered, with fluency in Georgian/English and at least one other foreign language. High level of creativity. Excellent communications skills: Must have experience in crafting and presenting effective business proposals, and bring strong demonstration skills. Strong direct and remote sales skills. Must have strong negotiating skills and should have highly customer friendly attitude.
Applicant must have an experience in dealing at the CEO/Business Owner level. Preference will be given to those having technical/economic/commercial background. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several locations and perform duties simultaneously.
