Insurance company Aldagi BCI is announcing a vacancy for the position of Legal Analyst.
|

Main duties / requirements |
|
Purpose and scope of the position:
The selected candidate will act as legal analyst on claims merits, based on Georgian Civil Law and International Maritime Law, including the implementation of international transportation conventions.
The candidate will be responsible for:
Studying the legal grounds of the claims presented for indemnification in the Company
Finding the legal ways to escape/decrease the liability under the contracts of carriage
Acting as a legal advisor in subrogation issues
Drafting the Company’s refusals/claims indemnification decisions, salvage sales agreement
Translating claims related documentation,
Managing business correspondence in English/Georgian/Russian on the merits of the claim
Reporting on the activity performed.

Job's
qualification / skills: |
|
- Law degree
Georgian - native; Fluent English; Good knowledge of Russian
Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Outlook.
Personal competencies:
Flexibility and ability to cope with stress and hard work necessary
Adaptable with the team
Experience with teamwork environment
Strong analytical and investigating skills
Well organized and capable of working with tight deadlines
Hard worker, detail-oriented, responsible.
