JSC Halyk Bank Georgia, a subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan and the member of the Halyk Group, is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Credit Manager at Small and Micro Business Lending Department based in Tbilisi, Head Office.
Required qualifications:
At least 2 years work experience in a similar position at a bank;
University degree in Economic, Finance, Banking or Business Administration field;
Proven knowledge of accounting and financial principles;
Analytical skills;
Strong knowledge of Russian is required; knowledge of English will be an asset;
Strong analytical, communication, organization, writing and interpersonal skills;
Strong sense of responsibility and accuracy.
Position responsibilities and goals:
Establish business relations between clients and the Bank; Identify and attract potential clients,
Analyze micro and small business subjects and determine their financial needs;
Investigate financial status of customers and potential customers;
Promote and sell micro and small credit products and services to potential clients;
Develop and manage a progressive loan portfolio;
Collect, study, analyze and interpret financial statements and other related information on clients and formulate credit proposals;
Coordinate the process of presentation of loan proposals to the Credit Committee.
