Department: Finance Department.
Function: Budgeting, Reporting & Analysis.
Direct Manager: Head of Budgeting & Reporting Unit.
Job description:
Major assistance to the Head of Budgeting & Reporting Unit and close work with the Finance Team in performing core functions of the Unit, by being in charge of Management Reports, such as: financial statements, profitability analysis, liquidity analysis, credit risk analysis, ratio analysis, creditor covenants compliance analysis, etc., as well as Budget Preparation and its control. In addition, the candidate will be required to work with combined team of Finance and IT on automation of reporting and analysis functions through development of respective software technologies.
Main duties / requirements
- English: reading - good; writing - good; speaking - good; and
Excel: professional level; and
Visual Basic: advanced user level or higher; and
At least 3 years of work experience in a commercial bank in the function of Reporting & Analysis or Budgeting & Analysis, encompassing:
IFRS Reporting and NBG Reporting; or
Management reporting and NBG reporting; or
IFRS reporting and management reporting; and
Budgeting; and
Financial analysis; and
Experience in working with large databases of numeric as well as textual information (1.0 million records and more), either in Excel, or Oracle or SQL; and
Comprehensive understanding of and familiarity with banking products and banking services: loans products, deposit products, money transfer services, currency exchange operations, documentary operations, trade finance; and
Higher education degree either in Business, or General Management, or Economics, or Finance, or Information Technologies.
Add-values: Bachelor or higher degree in Business, or Finance, or Economics - obtained at a well-rated Business School or School of Economics.
