JSC insurance company Aldagi BCI is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of AML (Anti Money Laundering) Officer.
|
|

| |
Main duties / requirements |
|
Key responsibilities in accordance with the current and future business processes within the company:
Identifying and examining the company’s clients and partners in compliance with AML Legislation
Managing the system for receiving, recording, saving and processing information on transactions subject to monitoring and its submission to the Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia.
Working on enhancing the effectiveness of anti-money laundering activities.
Ensuring high level of centralization for transaction processing system.
Getting informed on the news related to money laundering, its implementation and control on its execution.
Working out, implementing, developing and controlling the system for categorizing clients’ risks and monitoring of their operations. Forming functional plans and ensuring thorough completeness of the planned activities.
Preparing mandatory reports for FMS (Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia).
Preparing internal procedures and instructions, and controlling their further execution.
Conducting trainings for staff members and controlling their compliance
Having good communication channels with the responsible employees in different units/divisions and controlling their operations.
Having constant relationship with regulatory agencies (NBG, FMS). Following up on new/updated regulations and informing direct manager and other relevant employees.

Job's
qualification / skills: |
|
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably education in Finance, Audit, Economics.
Minimum one year work experience in AML or Internal audit units in a bank or other financial institution
Deep knowledge of AML and other related legislation
Good knowledge of MS Office
Good knowledge of English and Russian languages.
Personal competencies/skills:
Well organized;
Attentive to details;
Good communication skills;
Able to work under time pressure.
