JSC Bank of Georgia, the leading Georgian universal bank, is recruiting a Credit Expert for its Micro Lending Department in Marneuli and Samtredia regions.
This role will be responsible for providing a full range of activities to ensure sales growth of ML products, development/maintenance of healthy portfolio, cross-selling of BoG products.
Main duties / requirements
- Prospect for new clients, maintain/extend existing and new clients relationships;
Conduct client business analysis, prepare loan application, present to credit committee;
Provide required documentation, implement loan registration, monitor loan issuing process;
Manage problem loans;
Provide reporting in compliance with existing rules.
Job's
qualification / skills:
- University degree, preferably in Banking, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Mathematics;
At least 6 months work experience in credits in a bank.- Knowledge of banking products/services as well as procedures;
Understanding of credit, legal and lending practices;
Knowledge of sales, client contact and relationship management systems and technology;
Knowledge of Russian and English is preferred, but not required;
Knowledge of MS Office;
Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, report-writing skills;
Organized with the ability to plan and prioritize work under tight deadlines;
Excellent customer service and sales skills;
Strong time management, problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork skills;
Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality;
Accurate, analytically thinking, emotionally balanced, motivated, initiative-driven, goal oriented, detail oriented; mathematical skills; strong principles.
